The Multiple Myeloma March is the only annual large-scale fundraiser that exclusively supports the Canadian myeloma community. Each year in September, communities across the country rally for a 5km walk to increase awareness and raise funds for clinical research, for accelerated access to new, game- changing therapies for Canadians. The first Prince George Multiple Myeloma March will take place on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 9:30 a.m. at the Otway Nordic Centre, 8141 Otway Rd. As this is the 1st year the March will take place in Prince George, they are asking the community to spread the word. To participate or donate please visit the site at www.myeloma.ca.
